Dr Janith Gayan, BDS, ADC Cert(Australia), NZDA

Janith is a seasoned dental professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years. He commenced his journey as a dentist in 2009 and his relentless commitment to delivering outstanding patient care led him to extend his expertise beyond borders.

He is registered as a dentist with Dental Council of New Zealand and Dental Board of Australia and also a member of New Zealand Dental Association.

Janith attends many continuing education courses to keep up to date with new procedures and emerging technology.

At the core of Dr. Janith’s practice lies an unwavering commitment to patient comfort and care. His gentle and compassionate nature creates an environment where patients can confidently entrust their oral health.

Janith enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in Orthodontics treatment such as clear aligner treatment and braces for your kids, implant dentistry, and cosmetic procedures such as veneers, crowns and bridges and wisdom teeth extractions.

His skills, experience and dedication in these areas ensure that each patient receives tailored, state-of-the-art treatment that enhance not only their oral health but also their self-confidence.

Janith is the family dentist of many of our happy patients.

Other than being a dentist he enjoys cooking, DIY carpentry projects, swimming and cycling with his son.

Oral Hygienist and Therapist – Maya Flordeliza

Maya is a registered Oral Health Therapist who loves the variety that general practice brings from routine check-ups and cleans to helping patients build healthier long-term habits, no two days look the same, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
She began her career as a dental assistant in a specialist periodontal practice for three years before completing her qualification at Auckland University of Technology. While studying, she also took on dental temping roles, which gave her the chance to work alongside a wide range of dental professionals and pick up different approaches and techniques along the way.
That varied experience sparked a genuine interest in periodontal health and preventive care, something she now brings into all areas of her practice always looking for ways to help patients understand and protect their gum health, alongside everything else general practice involves.
Above all, Maya is patient-centred. She takes the time to make people feel comfortable and informed, whether they’re in for a routine visit or something a little more involved.
Outside the clinic, she likes getting out and exploring what New Zealand has to offer.
